To ensure that adequate and proper employee safety programs are carried on and all data resulting therefrom be made available to policyholders

To deal with problems of employee safety and insurance in connection with crop production.

To assist farmers in obtaining proper protection for themselves and employees including, but not limited to, various types of insurance policies and other programs for the betterment and furtherance of agriculture.
